"Why couldn't you make me an architect? You know I always wanted to pretend that I was an architect."

This quote from George Costanza came to mind last week as we began brainstorming about some course projects. Our ideas began to spiral out of control in regards to live-action-role-playing(LARP).

I am just fascinated with the double life aspect of LARPing. I just can't imagine thinking along the lines of George here, that, 'all my life I wanted to be an ogre and battle knights and elves'. And jsut as George essentially lives the alternate life of an architect, LARPer's live their alternative lifestyle. 

Also, I never realized how much work goes into a simple angelfire website, let alone a LARPing fansite. I have feeling this Blog will be changing focus to all things LARP.
